Mr. Charlie Dreifus is a Portfolio Manager at small-cap equity specialist, The Royce Funds. He manages the firm's Special Equity mutual funds that attempt to combine classic value analysis, the identification of good businesses, and accounting cynicism.
In 2008, Mr. Dreifus was named Morningstar's Domestic-Stock Fund Manager of the Year and in 2009 he was a finalist for Morningstar's Fund Manager of the Decade.

He is also an adjunct professor at Texas Lutheran where he developed the Bulldog Investment Company program. Bulldog Investment Company educates students in financial statement analysis with a value investing structure.

Vitaliy N. Katsenelson, CFA, is Chief Investment Officer at Investment Management Associates in Denver, Colo. He is the author of Active Value Investing (Wiley) and The Little Book of Sideways Markets (Wiley).
His articles have appeared in Barron's, The Financial Times, and Business Week, among others. He also writes a monthly column for Institutional Investor magazine. Vitaliy has close to 20 years of investment experience and has taught a graduate investment class at the University of Colorado at Denver.
Jonathan Boyar

Jonathan Boyar is President of Boyar's Intrinsic Value Research (BIVR). BIVR is the publisher of Asset Analysis Focus (AAF). AAF specializes in uncovering intrinsically undervalued companies across the market cap spectrum.
Jonathan Boyar is also a Principal at Boyar Asset Management, which since 1983 has been managing money through various vehicles utilizing a value-oriented approach.
