Property with a Problem:

Until now we still have a problem with hotel 1516. There are 5 owners, and they still cannot agree with a selling price. The owners have promised to solve this, but until today this price has not yet been fixed. Note: Members can still promote 1516 (please use your link).

Property Market:

In Bali, the property market has been really slow for more than 12 months. There are a lot more sellers, and very little number of buyers. This situation is usually called “Buyers’ Market”. Therefore only properties that are being offered for a lot less that the market price have a chance to get sold.
