Question: As an international investor, can I invest in companies listed on StartEngine?
Answer: The answer is yes, StartEngine allows international investors to submit investments for companies on our website, however, each company decides individually whether or not they want to allow international investors.
For Regulation A+ campaigns, you can see whether or not the company you wish to invest in allows international investors by checking the Offering Circular which is located on the right-hand side of each campaign page. For Regulation Crowdfunding campaigns, you can find whether or not the company you wish to invest in allows international investors under the Finances & Risks page or by asking the company directly in the Comments section of the campaign page.
